The SIMOTICS S-1FK2 servo motors are compact and highly dynamic synchronous motors and are characterized by high power density, protection class and overload capacity. The motors are available in two versions: High Dynamic (highest dynamics due to low inherent inertia for highly dynamic applications with small moving masses) and Compact (precise and stable control for medium to large moving masses due to a medium inherent moment of inertia). The SIMOTICS S-1FK2 servo motors fully demonstrate their strengths in the system with the SINAMICS S210 frequency converter and the simple connection using one-cable technology (One Cable Connection OCC). The advantages include the short adjustment and positioning times, the fast and precise control of disturbance variables as well as the stable control with high dynamics. The servo motor can be configured according to different requirements. For example, with and without a holding brake, protection class IP64 or IP65, the absolute value encoders singleturn or multiturn and much more. The servo motors are also available in different shaft heights, 20 - 100.
