Power quality analyzer multifunctional LINAX PQ5000 189113, normative PQ monitoring and energy consumption analysis. The LINAX PQ5000 combines the properties of a normative PQ measuring device with functions for energy consumption and network status analysis. The modern, multilingual design allows the device to be operated or parameterized intuitively via the device website or the optional high-resolution color TFT display (320x240px). The integrated web server enables remote query, display and analysis of the measurement data. No additional software is required. . Power quality analysis The device enables permanent evaluation
of the network quality according to IEC 61000-4-30 Ed.3 in Class A. The recorded PQ events (voltage dip, voltage swell, voltage interruption, RVC, current swell and frequency change, homopolar voltage) serve both to prove that faults have occurred and to search for the cause of the fault in order to increase the security of supply. The statistical voltage and current values can be used to check compliance with supply contracts or internal specifications. The assessment according to EN 50160, IEC 61000-2-2/4/12, IEEE 519, GB/T or self-defined limits can be carried out after the measurement, and corresponding conformity reports can be created directly via the device website (PQEasy report). Independent certification according to IEC 62586-2 by the Swiss Federal Institute of Metrology METAS Support of the standardized, manufacturer-independent PQDIF format according to IEEE 1159.3 Adjustable event recording duration: Up to 6 seconds for curve shape and 3 minutes for RMS values Event display via website with time zoom and value reading Energy flow analysis Power averages with trend analysis to avoid load peaks Load profile storage with fluctuation bandwidth (min/max) per interval Active energy class 0.2S, reactive energy class 0.5S (HT/NT, import/export), programmable resolution Additional averages and counters with selectable base size. Options Up to 2 modular extensions: Analogue outputs ±20mA (2/4), relay outputs (2), digital inputs (4) active / passive, GPS time synchronization, fault current detection (differential or earth conductor current), temperature monitoring (Pt100, PTC), IEC61850, Profinet I/O Communication Ethernet (Modbus/TCP, http/https, NTP, SFTP, SYSLOG) Optional: IEC61850, Profinet I/O, Modbus/RTU Automated data export (CSV and PQDIF files) to SFTP server Security Flexible role-based access control Encrypted communication via HTTPS Audit log registers all security-relevant processes, supports SYSLOG for transfer to central monitoring server Client whitelist: IP address list to restrict the computers authorized to access Digital firmware signature: Manipulated firmware files cannot be imported into the device Additional features 4 power and 4 voltage measurement channels with 0.1% accuracy, direct measurement or via converter Measurement category 600V, CAT III (voltage), 300V, CAT III (current) Standard I/Os: 1 digital input, 2 digital outputs Optional UPS (5x3 minutes) 16 GB data storage Sampling rate: 18kHz Monitoring and alarm via limit values and monitoring functions DIN rail mounting Identical operation as devices of the AM/CU/DM series Data analysis With the
SMARTCOLLECT PM20
software
PQDIF files can be viewed, saved in a database and analyzed. A compliance report can also be created. Via the link
The free software PQDiffractor from Electrotek Concepts can be downloaded from http://www.pqview.com/pqdiffractor/ (registration required). With this software, the data from the PQDIF files can be analyzed, saved in CSV format or exported as a graphic.
